For clarity, I never met one person from Thornton's prior to my purchase. The last thing anyone wants to happen after purchasing a new unit is to have unfortunate issues. Top brand manufactures are very good but not perfect. Therefore, if you experience a rare manufacturers defect, you want to know that your dealer will commit to service and agreements. Only Customer Focused businesses with integrity do this. I can tell you with first hand experience that if you buy from Thornton's you will receive 100% support via moral compass.
