I have to say this was the most pleasant buying experience I have had in years. I am also in retail sales and understand the importance of leaving a positive and lasting impression. It is not only important to sell that one item, whatever it may be, but to give that customer a reason to give a second shot later down the road, also to refer friends and relatives to give that first shot.
With that said, I will give Thornton's the first shot if I find myself in the market for another bike, (Who am I kidding, I will buy something else eventually, but don't tell my wife!) Thank you so much for the great service!
